Technical Overview

Architecture, Security, and Deployment

This page expands the platform story for technical buyers, IT teams, and procurement stakeholders. It explains how the system is deployed, how data flows through the appliance, and why the architecture is suitable for controlled enterprise environments.

System architecture

AIWORSKY combines edge compute, local indexing, and browser-based access in a single stack. The appliance is engineered to keep document processing, semantic retrieval, and answer generation on-device, which reduces dependency on external APIs and keeps sensitive content inside the enterprise boundary.

Security posture

The product is positioned as air-gapped by design, with USB-based document ingestion and no reliance on cloud inference services. That makes it a strong fit for organizations that need strict data residency, reduced exposure, and a simpler internal control model.

Deployment flow

Connect power, DHCP networking, and a monitor, complete the quick setup flow, insert the document USB key, and allow indexing to complete. The platform is designed for under-2-hour deployment, while indexing time depends on volume and file format.

Operational model

Employees use the on-screen URL to query documents from the company network. Teams can search by topic, clause, customer, project, or policy context, and answers are grounded in indexed local sources with traceability.

Hardware profile

Hardware profile dependent, with GPU, NPU, or CPU-only deployments supported. Minimum recommended baseline: 12GB RAM and 256GB SSD. Hardware determines the potential of the system.

Retrieval pipeline

Parsing, chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, semantic search, and source-backed answer generation are managed as a unified local workflow.

Governance support

The system supports traceability, document provenance, and controlled access for legal, compliance, operations, support, and engineering teams.
